1. KEY DEFINITIONS

Administrator – the administrators of the website and the personal data provided within it are the partners of a civil partnership operating under the name of MS Notion Spółka Cywilna Marlena Brykała, Sabina Stańczyk based in Dębica, ul. 1.2. User – any individual who visits, accesses, or interacts with the website, uses the services provided on the website, or participates in any online activities related to the website, including browsing, making purchases, creating an account, subscribing to newsletters, or using contact forms.

1.4. Personal data – any information that can identify a person, either directly or indirectly. This includes details like name, email address, phone number, IP address, or any data collected through cookies and other technologies.
2. PURPOSE FOR DATA PROCESSING
2.1 The Administrator collects data to offer services and track User’s activity. The exact purposes of processing Users’ personal data are described below. While sharing the data is optional, it is essential for accessing certain services.

b) the fulfillment of the Administrator’s legal obligations, especially those arising from tax and accounting regulations (such as issuing invoices) – the legal basis for their processing is the User’s consent (Article 6 point 1c of the GDPR).
c) payment processing – when paying via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or directly via PayPal account, your payment data are transmitted to PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter “PayPal”) ( Art. 6, point 1b GDPR).
d) shipping process – epaka.pl S.A., ul. Sochacz 16A, 21-400 Łuków, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Lublin-East in Lublin with its seat in Świdnik, VI Economic Department of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0001072963.
e) for the identification and pursuit of potential claims, as well as defense against them, the legal basis for data processing relies on the legitimate interests of the Administrator (art. 6, point 1f of GDPR) which includes protection of their rights.
f) for answering User’s emails or messages sent by forms available at the website missogno.com The User has to provide accurate data (email address and first and last name), since they are crucial for further processing of the inquiry. Provision of other data is optional. In case of non providing them, it may result in impossibility to render the query (art. 6, point 1b of GDPR);
g) for analytical and statistical purposes – the legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (art. 6, point 1f of GDPR), consisting of keeping statistics of queries submitted by Users via the Website in order to improve its functionality.
h) for the maintenance of profile purposes, including informing Users about the Administrator’s activities, products, services and events (on social networking sites such as Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Pinterest). It also ensures communication with Users through the available functionalities on social networking sites (Article 6, point 1f of the GDPR).
i) for analytical and statistical purposes – the legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (art. 6, point 1f of GDPR) in order to improve the website’s functionality.
2.3. The Administrator processes the personal data of Website Users including IP addresses or other identifiers as well as information collected through cookies or similar technologies. This applies to individuals who are not registered Users (i.e. persons without an account on the Website) to:
a) handle complaints (art. 6, point 1b of GDPR);
b) process orders placed without registration on the Website (art. 6, point 1b of GDPR);
c) identify and pursue potential claims that may arise, as well as defense against them, (art. 6, point 1f of GDPR which includes protection of their rights).
d) provide services electronically regarding the provision of User with the access to content collected on the Website (art. 6, point 1b of GDPR);
e) for marketing purposes, in particular related to providing you with commercial or marketing information about products and services available on the Website, including news, novelties and discounts offered by the MISSOGNO online store (art. 6, point 1f of GDPR) consisting in promoting the Administrator’s products;
f) for analytical and statistical purposes – the legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (art. 6, point 1f of GDPR), consisting of keeping statistics of queries submitted by Users via the Website in order to improve its functionality;
g) inform the User about the product’s availability if he agreed to receive such commercial information and to process his personal data and provided an email address.
h) send to User marketing information (only once consented by the User). The basis for processing data are legitimate interests of MS Notion Spółka Cywilna Marlena Brykała, Sabina Stańczyk including the distribution of marketing information as per the User’s consent (direct marketing). The User has the right to resist the processing of their data for direct marketing purposes. The data will be retained for this purpose as long as the legitimate interests of MS Notion s.c. exist, unless the User resists receiving marketing information.
2.4 The duration of processing the personal data depends on the type of service provided. In case of marketing analyses and messages, the data will be processed until the approval is withdrawn. 4. PROCESSING DATA
4.1. The period of processing the personal data of the User by the Administrator varies depending on the type of service provided and the purpose of processing. If an extension to this deadline is necessary, the Administrator will inform the requester of the reasons for the extension immediately.
