RETURN

You have a right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the moment of receiving the product. If you decide to return your package, please follow the steps below:

new and unused

Make sure the product fulfills the conditions for return – it should be intact and brand new.

fill in the witdrawal form

Fill in the withdrawal form (available below) and attach it to the package along with the invoice.

secure the product

Prepare the item in the same way they were delivered to you. Secure all parts carefully to minimize the risk of any potential damage during transport.
If you are returning a wooden bed, be sure to protect the edges with foam pads. Then, roll the bed with the bubble wrap.

If you are returning a mattress bed, vacuum pack it using a vacuum cleaner, seal with tape and put it into the carton.

pack the product

Fill the carton with styrofoam on the bottom and each side of the carton. Fill in the box with the bubble foil and air cushion to secure the wood. Use the stretch foil to protect the carton from the outside and cover with the adhesive tape.

If you are returning the mattress bed any additional protection beyond the vacuum packaging and adhesive tape is not necessary.

Send the package by a courier of your choice.

money return

Refunds will be made promptly, no later than 14 days from the date the package arrives to our warehouse, about which we will inform you by email.

We do not take the responsibility for any damages that happen due to inappropriate preparation of the package. In such a case the return may not be accepted.

EXCHANGE

At MISSOGNO, the exchange of goods involves returning (withdrawing) selected items, then placing and paying for a new independent order.

You can place a new order independently, even on the same day you returned the products. You can choose any other model, size and color in your order. Remember to pay the new order.

WARRANTY

We offer a one year warranty on all MISSOGNO products for manufacturing defects only.

However, please note that our warranty does not extend to:
– damages caused by rough pet use. This includes but is not limited to: bites, rips, burns, tears, excessive scratching, stains and liquid/moisture damage (unless the waterproof lining kit was used);
– tear as a result of improper way of washing and other than intended use;
– natural color or texture changes in materials associated with long-term use;
– discoloration resulting from exposure to sunlight;
– yellowing of the foam as a natural characteristic of the product. The foam loses its color and this is a natural process and does not affect the quality of the foam;
– wood cracking as a result of exposure to heat;
– plumping of wood as a result of exposure to water;
– damage caused by improper use or not washing according to the manufacturer’s recommendations;
– damages occurred due to keeping the product outdoor.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding of these measures designed to maintain hygiene standards and product integrity.

Please keep your warranty card (which is added to every package) as it will be helpful for further processing.
